Dr. Kaufman received his DDS degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and his specialty degree in periodontics from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery, one of the best in the country. He has been a dentist for more than 25 years and has been through several post-graduate courses in different fields of dentistry since receiving his D.D.S. degree. Dr. Kaufman has a passion for his profession and his ability to affect the lives of his patients in a positive way every day.
He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontics, New York State Dental Society, Nassau County Dental Society and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
His emphasis on patient comfort as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry enable him to provide his patients with the best quality of care in the field. Dr. Kaufman is a specialist in the field of Periodontics and Implant Surgery.
